Skater Skirts are great for the summer and spring months, whether their basic black and denim or bright colours and patterns.

Skater Skirts are flattering for many figures especially slimmer figures. Skater Skirts can add curves to the hip and lower area, as well as adding texture. This makes them great for those of us with a more slim and straight down figures.

There are many different types of skater skirts with many different textures, materials and colours. Basic denim and black shirts are awesome to put with funky tshirts and patterned shirts. An old band tee would look amazing with your favourite denim skirt. Another great idea is a bright coloured or patterned skirt with a simple white tee or shirt.

Skater skirts can be found at a variety of high street stores for a variety of prices. Some stores such as Topshop are a bit more expensive where as shops such as Primark are a bit cheaper. What you choose all depends on the quality and style you want.

So as the weather gets warmer ditch the wooly tights and boots and pick up a colourful skirt and some jelly sandals. Have some leg pride and flaunt it!
